Genesee River Sunset Cruise on American Merino Dream Fingering Weight Yarn
COLORWAY
The Genesee River runs through the center of my home city of Rochester, NY, dividing the city into the west and east side neighborhoods before pouring into the Great Lake Ontario. I grew up not too far from the Charlotte harbor and have been so blessed to able to experience countless sunsets while cruising up and down this water system. Look south and our entire city is illuminated in a blaze of glory, look north and the sun quietly disappears into the watery void.
The colorway Genesee River is a vivid jewel toned combination of magenta, pink and purple with a quiet dance of blue and green speckles.

100% US Mercerized Merino Wool
450 yards / 100 grams
From Merino wool produced and spun in the US. American Merino Dream has a super smooth hand similar to cashmere that is soft enough for garments worn directly against the skin.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash gently in cool water using a wool safe detergent such as Eucalan. Lay flat to dry. It is normal for some color to bleed from hand dyed yarns when washed for the first time; cold water will help to prevent bleeding.
